문어잡이통

문어를 잡을 때 쓰는 통으로 줄을 매달아 바닷물에 넣어두면 통 안에 문어가 들어가게 된다.

구멍을 통해 숨는 특성을 이용해 문어를 잡았다.

This vessel is used for catching octopuses. By suspending it with a rope in seawater, octopuses are drawn inside the container.

The design takes advantage of the octopus’s natural tendency to hide in enclosed spaces.
