 한국인 아빠와 베트남인 엄마 사이에서 태어난 소녀 ‘무이’는 외할머니의 생신을 맞이하여 엄마의 나라 베트남으로 여행을 떠납니다. 제1부 베트남 가는 길에서 시작하여 제2부 엄마의 방, 제 3부 외할머니 생신파티, 제4부 거리풍경까지 무이의 시선으로 공간을 체험하며 베트남의 다양한 문화를 경험해 볼 수 있도록 구성하였습니다.

  자세히 보아야 예쁘고, 오래 보아야 사랑스럽다는 어느 시인의 글귀처럼 본 전시를 통해 자세히 보아 베트남의 어여쁜 면면을 발견하시고 오래토록 사랑스러운 마음을 가질 수 있기를 기대해봅니다.

Hanhyanglim Onggi Museum holds the exhibition "Hello? Vietnam!' to broaden and deepen Gyounggi province citizen's understanding of the multicultural society.

There are a lot of similar things between korean and vietnamese cultures.

Especially they live on rice, have cultures to ferment fish, tea, etc and keep them in pottery. The traditions continue to these day. The pottery is used as containers for living unlike ceramic wares which are appreciated beauty of balance and harmony. It is very important to understand other cultures. So we'd like to show not only the vietnamese daily life but also vietnamese tea culture friendly.

The girl Mui who lives with korean father and vietnamese mother is going to visit for Vietnam to celebrate her grandmother's birthday.

The 1st section 'Road to Vietnam' shows the landscape of vivid vietnamese life.

The 2nd section Mother's room is on display variety items such as a doll wearing a traditional costumed 'Aojai' and vietnamese contemporary paintings and traditional hat named 'Non'. Moreover, it also offers a opportunity to understand vietnamese tea culture.

The 3rd section is displayed vietnamese traditional marionettes and instruments performed on water puppetry. Finally, at the last 4th section, you can have a chance to meet various potteries.

One poet said, "Looks pretty when you look closer, looks lovely when you look longer, same goes for you." Like as it, we hope that you'll find various aspects of vietnamese beaty and you'll have affection for them for a long time.
