도깨비문 화로

도꺠비 문양은 궁중과 사찰에서만 쓸 수 있었는데 이 화로는 사찰에서 사용된 것이다.

화로는 상하 계층, 빈부, 장소에 구애받지 않고 두루 쓰이는 살림 살이로 옛날에는 불씨가 집안의 재운을 좌우한다고 믿어 함부로 꺼뜨리지 않도록 노력했다.
